Ingredients: Organic Unbleached Flour, Fresh Pineapple, Fresh Lemon, Cherries, Jamaican Dark Rum, Organic Canola Oil, Organic Sugar, Pasture-raised Eggs, Organic Butter, Spices, Salt, Baking Powder, and Pure Vanilla Extract.
Shipping: Our cakes are carefully sealed with plastic wrap and packaged in a classic round gift tin.
Shelf Life: Upon arrival, refrigerate for up to two weeks or store in the freezer for up to six months. Remove from the refrigerator a few hours before serving or longer from the freezer. Serve and indulge!
